Types of personal data being processed and their purpose

We do not ask our customer for any sensitive or confidential personal data. Due to character of our business activity, we mainly process contact data of legal entities, and also public personal data of natural persons to lesser extent, such as: name and e-mail address.
We process corporate and personal data for our marketing activities, namely sending news related to our production approved by you (or information on changing of prices or on granted awards).

Security

The company europlac disposes with a valid Security Project which is in compliance with GDPR regulations in terms of information technologies and administrative personal data processing. It means that all personal data is secure.

Your rights

Anytime you wish you have a right to ask us for:

• cancellation of your consent with personal data processing,
• confirmation, if your personal data is or is not processed by our company,
• information related to a list and purpose of your personal data processing,
• information about a source from where we have your personal data for their processing,
• correction or erasure of incorrect, incomplete or not topical personal data which is subject of the processing,
• liquidation of your personal data, in case of which a purpose for their processing has finished,
• liquidation of your personal data which is subject of processing to prevent violation of law,
• erasure or blocking of your personal data due to revocation of your consent.

How to apply your rights

You can use several ways to exercise your rights (you will always receive our response in the same way):

• in writing or
• personally in the oral form recorded by us in writing,
• in electronic form or by fax - it shall be delivered not later than within 3 days from its sending.

Profiling

The company europlac does not use any software profiling for taking decisions, nor does it process personal data automatically.

Transfer of Personal Data

The company europlac hereby also declares that it does not transfer any personal data to third parties, as well as it does not cooperate with any processor.

Information on the processing of applicant data

Information on the processing of customer and supplier data
