      Raw panels / with primer film

      The core boards of FIREPLAC®A1 fire-resistant panels are made from a natural minaral called VERMICULITE. It´s free of any cement or gypsum content, and contains neither asbestos or silicate fibres.

        • General information:

        • FIREPLAC®A1 fire retardant boards are manufactured from VERMICULITE, an aluminium-iron-magnesium silicate. They require no cement or gypsum components and contain neither asbestos nor silicate fibres.

        • Options:
        • FIREPLAC® raw panels are available in three different designs with different volume weights:
          • FIREPLAC® Type S750 A1 (very lightweight, low price)
          • FIREPLAC® Type S850 A1 (sturdy standard panel)
          • FIREPLAC® Type S950 A1 (highly compressed, suitable for perforation)
          FIREPLAC® panels with primer film can be treated with almost any commercially available paint or varnish. One or two top coats suffice to achieve a smooth surface.

          Typ 650 kg/m³ Nominal density:particularly light, reasonably priced
          Typ 800 kg/m³ Nominal density: stable with good technical values
          Dimension: 2800 x 1250 mm
          Approved to SOLAS for A, B and C class constructions
        • Machining:
        • Further processing and treatment with the usual tools and woodworking machines (sawing, milling, drilling, etc.) present no problems and virtually no dust is produced!
        • Fields of Application:
        • Furniture and interior architectural woodwork in buildings that are required by German and European regulations to be NONCOMBUSTIBLE or NON-FLAMMABLE. Panelling for walls and ceilings, etc.
        • Fire protection / certification:
        • FIREPLAC® raw panels A1 to DIN 4102 (AbP P-HFM B15100) and EN 13501-1
          FIREPLAC® panels with primer film: Substrate A 1 to DIN 4102 (AbP P-HFM B8300) and EN 13501-1 EU Material Safety Data Sheet (91/155/EEC).
           
          The board is inorganically bonded to prevent smoke and toxic
          gases from being released in case of fire.
