Einsatz

Veneer and lumber for furniture, paneling, and high-end interior applications, parquet flooring, and stair timber

Eigenschaften

The heartwood is light brown to yellowish brown, darkening with age. Rare, fine-grained wood is often used for veneer. Wet wood stains blue upon contact with metal. Clean, small knots are a sign of good quality.

Oak can be treated with all surface finishes.
