FIREPLAC® A2, including coating with precious wood, has been tested under building regulations as NON-FLAMMABLE A2 in combination. The basis is the mineral fire protection board FIREPLAC® S750 A1, S850 A1, S950 A1.

FIREPLAC® veneered fire protection boards must be painted in accordance with the specifications of the AbP in order to achieve fire protection class A2 in the combination. FIREPLAC® fire protection boards are A2-certified in all wood species! Veneer thicknesses per AbP are tested and approved in the combination. FIREPLAC® fire protection boards are A2-certified in all board thicknesses from 16-25 mm. FIREPLAC® fire protection boards may even be treated with an approved stain in accordance with the AbP. FIREPLAC® veneered and lacquered with precious wood: A2 according to DIN 4102 (AbP P-HFM 01 4 170). The FIREPLAC®A2 is also available WITHOUT A COMPOSITE TESTING TOOL. Possible applications are to be checked by the customer himself must check the possible applications in accordance with the MBO and the LBO or the tender specifications. We would like to point out that all A materials that are covered with coatings and have not been not tested in the composite lose their approval.
