Around 22,000 m² of genuine wood veneered panels of high-quality 5-star quality were used for the design of the Landshut district office, which, thanks to a simple, brushed pine veneer, take on a connecting function between wall paneling and furniture. Finishing with 15% white pigment creates a bright, uniform appearance and supports natural lighting, while the tangible wood structure gives the rooms character. This homogeneous material concept ensures a consistently high-quality surface effect across all floors and significantly shapes the perception of interior spaces.
